I need to remove my GRUB menu?

Hello.

I need to remove my Grub menu from my hard drive.

I did what all instructions say, i booted from a Win XP CD

Problem: I don't get the option to press R for recovery because I get Windows Setup Error 7 (http://support.microsoft.com/default.asp...

What can I do?

hi friend ..as i percepted ur question u want to remove the GRUB from ur computer......points fro this :-

i)as long u have the unix based GRUB on ur comp. u can't remove it ..if u do it then u would lose the address of the boot block of all operating systems..

ii)u can delete the unix partinons by going into the

control panel/adminitrative tools/disk manger..

It involves creating a bootable diskette with the mbrfix file on it that should help with what you're trying to do
